We have served authors and publishers, to achieve their goal and have provided ebook in formats like epub, fixed layout epub, kindle, Mobipocket, Smashwords and to all format which an ebook reader can be compatible of.

- How can I send/receive documents for conversion, to get quote or to start a free trial?
If we are at an initial testing phase or under a free trial, documents can be sent to us via email. If they are large in number or big in size, we will create a secure FTP account to which you can upload documents and images for us to receive and review. Once we have converted the documents, they will be delivered to you via the same FTP account.
- Do you handle confidential data?
Yes we do, we can also sign an NDA (non-disclosure) agreement, prior to start of project or trial
- What is the preferred mode of communication?
Communication on project can be done via;
- Telephone
- Skype (voice and/or video)
- Video conferencing
- Any other preferred voice-chat client
- Is there a Free Trial on ebook Conversion Services?
Yes, we do offer free trial for all ebook conversion services. The reason for undergoing a free trial is to get a better view of quality services we offer before we turn into a full agreed contract
- Will I get a copy of my work?
A copy of work will be kept on the FTP server accessible to you only. It can be downloaded as many times and will stay there until you confirm us to remove it from there.
- In which formats will I receive the final converted ebook?
Basic ebook formats are .epub and .mobi so you will receive these formats for final converted book. If you need any additional formats i.e. fixed layout epub or mobi, KF8, AZW, Microsoft LIT, Sony BBeB LRS / LRF / LRX and Smashwords we can provide with the same. Please note, cost for conversion may rise if additional ebook formats are required.
- How can I know the status and progress of the project?
Once we have an ongoing project, a project manager will be in touch with you where he/she will be able to provide you with daily updates, status and progress on the project.
- How many ebook projects can we handle?
That depends upon your project size and how quick turn-around time is required. If project is big in size, we can hire extra resources to meet your requirements.
- Do you convert hard paperback or hardcopy book to an ebook?
Yes, we can Cut >> Scan >> OCR >> data entry >> proof read your hard copy of book and convert it to a desired ebook format.

- Once the quote is approved, how long does it take to start the project?
Once quote is approved, you will be notified about the start and end time of the project. Usually we start the project on the same day it’s approved! If not the very next day it gets started.
- Is the cost of conversion related to language?
If the conversion text contains foreign languages with special characters which needs special attention, then yes, the cost might differ.
- Is a quality check undertaken after the conversion?
Yes, all our output files are verified via IDPF epub validator
- How is the cost of converting a book calculated?
Our conversion rates are very minimal, even you will be amazed on how affordable can it be. We don’t use any tool or script to convert your books, but our ebook architects convert hand-code the book manually and they are scripted as per your requirements. We just charge for the time spent behind converting the book.
- How do I pay, what are acceptable payment methods?
We accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct transfers to Bank account.
